Gregor Janknecht
CFO
Gregor Janknecht spent the last 10 years in leading positions at Rocket Internet, where he led Rocket's international finance department as VP of Finance & Controlling before joining NBT. He has in-depth experience in M&A and transaction advisory and successfully helped shape Rocket's finance division in the area of venture building and venture capital. Gregor holds a Diploma in Economics from Aachen University of Applied Sciences and a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Napier University in Edinburgh.

Sven Meise
CDO
Sven Meise was a board member at Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG. Here, as CDO and COO, he was responsible for the digital and structural transformation of the group. Sven has deep knowledge in corporate IT, R&D, professional services, production, program and change management. His passion is the development of business models through the use of technologies, such as the Internet of Things and Machine Learning. As CDO at NBT, Sven is responsible for the Engineering as well as the Product Team.

Maik Käbisch
Founder & Chairman
Maik Käbisch worked for more than 15 years in senior positions with Europe’s leading financial institutions such as Credit Suisse. He founds and leads COVADO GmbH, a company for strategic advisory. He is actively serving on several supervisory boards and advisory councils. He also acts as a managing director of a charitable foundation in Germany. As a business angel, he actively supports innovative high-growth enterprises. At NBT AG he is Founder and Chairman of the supervisory board.

Dr. Thomas Kuhnt
Supervisory Board
Dr. Thomas Kuhnt acts as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HDI Global Network AG, Germany's leading industrial insurer. After graduating with a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois, Dr. Kuhnt started his professional career in 2003 at McKinsey & Company. In 2010, he was promoted to Senior Partner and Leader of the European Insurance Practice for P&C/Risk Management and Advanced Analytics. Since 2018, he is Member of the Board of HDI Systeme AG, Member of the Supervisory Board of HDI Global Network AG, and Member of the Board of HDI Global SE.

Martin Brümmerhoff
Supervisory Board
The certified lawyer Martin Brümmerhoff looks back on a long career in the Schörghuber Group. He joined the Munich-based family-owned group, which is successful nationally and internationally in the business areas of real estate, development, beverages, hotels and seafood in 2004. After holding positions as head of legal affairs in the former aircraft leasing division and in the same function at the Paulaner Brewery Group, Martin Brümmerhoff took over the position of general counsel in the holding company at the beginning of 2023. In this function, he advises the family and the executive board on the group's M&A and VC activities, among other things.

Stefan Schütze
Supervisory Board
Stefan Schütze, Certified Lawyer and Managing Partner of C3 Venture Capital, started his professional career in the legal department of the listed investment company bmp AG from 2000 to 2004. Afterwards, he was General Counsel at Altira Group AG, a listed asset manager, from 2004 to 2013. Subsequently, he was a member of the Executive Board of FinLab AG, a listed company builder and investor in financial services technology (FinTech), from May 2013 to April 2021, and responsible for investments, strategy, compliance, legal matters and human resources. In addition, he held management positions as part of his work, including at the listed investment company Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA, where he also worked until April 2021. He has more than 20 years of experience as board member in private and publicly listed companies.

Felix Greiner
Supervisory Board
Felix Greiner began his career as a management consultant at KPMG in the automotive sector. After holding responsible positions at automotive suppliers, he was appointed to the Management Board of WM SE in 2005, where he currently acts as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Since 2018, he has been managing director of Gemelo Holding GmbH in Munich, which holds several investments in various industries.
